Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

These terms govern the use of tierize.net (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

tierize.net is a free web tool for building and sharing brand and product tier pyramids. Browsing is open to everyone; creating and publishing require a Google sign-in. Published tier lists are public by default.

2. Accounts

Creating and publishing tier lists requires signing in with a Google account. Published lists are stored on and linked to that account; you are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Don’t upload images that infringe copyright, trademarks or other IP.
  • Don’t publish adult, violent, hateful, discriminatory or illegal content.
  • Don’t spam, flood, or post deceptive or advertising content.
  • Don’t defame others or violate their privacy.
  • Don’t automate or abuse the Service in ways that disrupt its operation.

4. Content rights

You own the tier lists you create. You grant the Service a non-exclusive right to display, share and cache them publicly. You are responsible for having the rights to any image you upload. Brand logos are displayed for identification under fair use; all trademarks belong to their owners.

5. Reports and takedowns

Report inappropriate content, including copyright infringement, through the contact page with the target URL and reason. Verified reports are acted on promptly.

6. Enforcement

Content that violates these terms may be unpublished or deleted without notice; repeated or serious violations may result in restricted access.

7. Disclaimer

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-generated content. Tier lists are personal opinions, not the operator’s views. The Service is provided free of charge, as-is; to the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for outages caused by events beyond its control.

8. Advertising

Third-party ads may be shown to cover running costs. See the privacy policy for how ad-related data is handled.

9. Changes

These terms may be revised; changes and the updated date are posted on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
