Gaming Mouse Tier List 2026: Razer vs Logitech Lightweight Battle

I ranked these on sensor accuracy, wireless latency, and how the weight feels hours into a match, not just spec-sheet numbers. Shape and grip style mattered too, since a great claw-grip mouse can feel all wrong in your palm.

    Razer - Viper V3 Pro

Razer's answer to how light and fast a wireless mouse can get, and at 54g it sits near the top of the class. HyperPolling keeps latency under 1ms, and you can actually feel it. The Focus Pro 35K sensor is about as good as tracking gets right now. The symmetric shape works across claw, fingertip, and palm grips.

    Razer - DeathAdder V4 Pro

If you're a palm-grip player, this is the shape you've probably been chasing. It's a touch heavier than the Viper V3 Pro, but that helps once your whole hand rests on it instead of hovering. Same sensor and polling as the Viper, so ergonomics don't cost performance. Right-hand only, though.

    Logitech - G Pro X Superlight 2

Most competitive FPS players land on this one eventually. The shape suits a wide range of grips, and the sensor tracks exactly where you point it. Latency trails Razer's 8000Hz polling on paper, but you won't notice mid-match. Durability and software are what set it apart.

    Pulsar - X2H Mini

Mouse forum enthusiasts keep recommending this one. Hall Effect main buttons mean no switch degradation down the line, a real issue on cheaper mice. At 52g it's genuinely ultralight, tuned for claw and fingertip grip. Palm grip fans should look elsewhere.

    Logitech - G502 X Plus

This is the mouse for people who never bought into the ultralight craze. It's heavier and chunkier than everything else here, and that's the point, not a flaw. The extra buttons and deep customization are the real draw for MMO players and desk-bound shortcut junkies.

    SteelSeries - Aerox 5 Wireless

The honeycomb shell is love-it-or-hate-it, but it shaves weight without giving up durability entirely. For the price, it performs well above expectations. Build quality and software are where it shows its budget roots, a step behind the Razer and Logitech flagships.
